Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@everestrefrigeration.net or 02 8054 0035 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the product, including all accessories and documentation, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the product back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
